The bathroom with the shower and washing machine was like a breath of fresh air! As a disabled guest, having a private laundry facility was such a blessing. It made my stay at Peartree Cottage - Derby feel just like home.
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the bathroom with free toiletries. Personally, I found the toiletries to be a bit lacking, but hey, to each their own!

I recently stayed at Peartree Cottage for a weekend getaway. The house was incredibly clean, modern, and located in a peaceful residential area. Its close proximity to the city center made it convenient to explore. The owner was friendly and gave me a quick tour upon arrival. I loved the house's amenities including wifi, TV, and a charming conservatory. The small garden with a pear tree was a delightful touch, and I managed to snag a tasty pear before the squirrels got to them!

The house also had a lovely conservatory and a small garden with a pear tree, which I was lucky enough to get a single pear from before the squirrels devoured them all. The location was convenient with easy access to the road network in the west of Derby. I highly recommend Peartree Cottage for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
